Club Service supports the club membership through social activities, fellowship, fun and opportunities to serve. The Rotary Club of Stockton strives to offer at least one social opportunity to its membership monthly.
Events and activities planned for the 2010-11 Rotary year include the annual Boat Trip, Ski Trip, Holiday Party and Valentine’s Luncheon. Please plan to invite your spouse or partner to the luncheon, and invite any widows of deceased Rotarians who will be hosted by the club.
We also eagerly await the Mystery Bus Trip in October.
You never know where you’re going to end up. There will be various parties throughout the year, alternating at homes of different Rotarians.
We will also plan an outing to one Major League sporting event. We will continue to have club members gather at Music in The Park to hear concerts in Victory Park on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer.
The annual Golf Tournament will be held at the Stockton Golf & Country Club on Monday, August 4th.
Mark your calendars for the Second Annual Boots, Bales and BBQ, to be held Saturday, September 18th, 2010, with a country hoe down theme. This is the club’s major fundraising activity for the year, so please come on out and enjoy yourself!
