| Christmas With The ChildrenThanks to the graciousness & generosity of Charlynn Harless and her merry elves, we held our traditional Children’s Christmas Program. Santa visited and presented gifts to all children in attendance. Sparky and Rotary Man were on deck to assist Santa. The Lincoln High School Choir and Chamber Chorus, led by Paul Kimball, Music Director, entertained us with many wonderful songs. There were 30 members of the 135 regular members in the choirs present. Some of the special music included: “The Caroling Song”, “Child of Peace”, “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, “Oh Santa”, “Just Believe-from Polar Express”, a Jewish hymn, an all sound effects piece called “Kindle”, “Christmas Wish”, and a very unique rendition of “The Twelve Days of Christmas” taken from You Tube. The singing continued with familiar Christmas Carols that were sung by everyone.
Great music, good fun and lots of smiles and laughter was the theme of the day.
