Rotary District 5220 Business Directory – The district has initiated a directory wherein Rotarians may list their businesses. If you wish to enter your business into the directory here are the directions.
Go to www.myrotary5220.com and chose enter. Chose enter at the next screen and complete the appropriate questions. When entering keywords you may include your name or business name along with any words someone might use to find your products or services. Enter the password, havefun. You will return to a thank you page. When you go to the Vocational Directory use the Login, ruleone and the password, havefun.

Asparagus Festival - Jerry Smith reminded us that the festival is to be held April 24, 25 and 26. Volunteers still needed for Sunday.

Mexico Trip - Nick Curtin – reported a successful trip for the recent Mexicali playground installation project. Stockton Rotarians traveling were Don Barry, Nick Curtin, Gary Gillis; they were joined by Dave & Sally Mantooth of Escalon Sunrise and former Stockton Rotarian Gary Johnston and wife Louise of Arizona, six Interact students, two from Franklin and four from Escalon. With the help of local Mexicali Rotarians and Mexicali citizens they installed 3 playground systems in 3 different schools.
Big Day – On Saturday, April 11, Carol and Peter Wolfe will celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Congratulations Carol and Peter.
The 2009 District Conference – will be held at Portola Hotel and Spa on the Bay at Monterey on May 15-17, 2009. Registration for the conference and for the hotel may be accomplished at the District website.
